What made me reach for one more About Me
One More Cookies, started in a desperate moment to reach for the cookie jar in search for some extra coins. When Covid hit in 2020, the world stood still—and so did my work as a freelance food assistant. But necessity, they say, is the mother of invention (or in this case, baking). I rolled up my sleeves, raided my pantry, and whipped up a batch of cookies that were bold, comforting, and unapologetically delicious. Friendly Cookies was born—and it boomed.
By 2022, I hung up my apron… but only for a while, now 3 years later, the call from the cupboard has given me a chance to put on a fresh apron, one dressed in pink, glitter, oat flour crumbs and some chocolate chips to keep the cravings supplied.
This is more than just a cookie comeback. It’s a love letter to fresh starts, sweet moments, and always reaching for just one more.
